Located in Saint-Géry, in the province of Walloon Brabant, this newly built three-sided detached house offers a carefully composed residential architecture designed to integrate naturally within its suburban setting. Completed in 2025, the project delivers a complete programme comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a carport, organised around clear volumes and well-proportioned living spaces.
The building's implantation makes the most of the plot configuration typical of Walloon Brabant residential developments, prioritising natural light to the main living areas and establishing a coherent relationship with the surrounding built fabric. The restrained volumetry and controlled massing reflect a disciplined approach to residential design, ensuring both urban coherence and architectural legibility.
STARC, an architecture and engineering firm based in Gembloux, Belgium, provided full project management for this new construction, from design through to completion. The project demonstrates how a functional brief can be met with spatial quality and architectural rigour, resulting in a home that truly serves the everyday life of its occupants.
